I try to hold myself together.

But the glue can’t last forever.

We all have our breaking points.

Can’t keep it in points.

Emotionally exploding points.

When we fall apart.

Don’t no where to start.

To sort it all out.

Mindless, filled with doubts.

Need someone to get me out,

Of this mental attack.

Cause there’s no going back.

Anxiety running my mind,

Through tears I’m trying to find,

Hope.

A light in the tunnel.

Falling down a funnel,

Into dark.

But there’s a light in every bend.

A way that we can mend,

Every mistake.

Just depends what choices we make.

For we all have our breaking point,

But we can hit a mental checkpoint.

Together.
